Enhanced audiovisual equipment, a custom-designed woodgrain executive table and ergonomic chairs ensure optimal function and comfort, while the deep-blue walls – hand-plastered by a local artist and reminiscent of the hotel’s coastal setting – add a touch of style and serenity.

Conveniently tucked away adjacent to our Pearl Ballroom, the Pearl Foyer provides a cozy and welcoming gathering spot for a group breakfast, lunch or reception and makes a lovely hospitality suite. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Rosemary Beach® community provide ample natural light throughout the day, and custom artwork by locally acclaimed artist Justin Gaffrey elevates the airy, Gulf Coast-inspired space.

Reminiscent of a vibrant, coastal hideaway that’d surely be approved by Ernest Hemingway himself, our Hemingway Room is perfectly poised to serve as a welcoming meeting space or formal dinner setting. Floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors span the western wall, opening onto Rosemary Beach® community and providing ample natural light throughout the day. A bespoke mural of South Walton’s rare Coastal Dune Lakes, painted by award-winning local artist Alison Wickey, further accentuates the space’s connection to our Gulf Coast area.

Just as its namesake implies, our Pearl Ballroom is the gem of meeting spaces. Featuring more than 1,300 sq. ft. of stunning design, the room’s coffered ceilings, natural light and seamless connection to the Pearl Foyer makes it an idyllic space for General sessions and larger gatherings. Additionally, its first-floor location provides easy all-day guest access. 

Nestled within The Pearl Hotel’s Havana Beach Bar & Grill, our Havana Beach Lounge provides an intimate and casual hideaway ideal for cocktail hours or small receptions. Bold, tropical prints and a lively Havana-inspired theme are surely to warm up your next event.
